Documents Required for Piramal Capital Housing and Finance Home Loan

Every home loan application to Piramal has to be submitted with a set of documents as per the requirement of the home loan plan. Identity proof, address proof documents, application form, income proof documents and documents that prove working status of the home loan applicant are required to be submitted.

Documents required for Piramal home loan for salaried applicants (all documents should be self-attested):

  • Pay slips of the last 3 months
  • Most recent copy of your Form 16 or Income Tax Returns
  • Bonus letter to show proof of bonus/Performance Appraisal letter from current organization/

Documents required for Piramal home loan for self-employed applicants (all documents should be self-attested):

  • Income Tax Returns for last 2 years with computation of income, Profit & Loss statement, Balance sheet, Schedules and auditors report (If applicable)
  • Financials should be audited if mandatory as per regulations or if annual turnover is more than Rs. 2 crores. If not, the documents have to be certified by a CA

  • Bank passbook/bank statement – It should contain transactions of the last 3 months and not be older than 40 days from the date of submission to PCHF for home loan.
  • Legal rental agreement and any one utility bill under the name of landlord. Utility bills should be of the last two months from the date of submission for home loan application.

  • Rental agreement and any one of the utility bills under the name of landlord. Utility bills should not be more than two months old

Signature proof 

In case PAN card with signature is not submitted, signature proof is mandatory for submission: Signature on registered sale deed/Banker’s signature verification/PF cheque clearance/ECS attestation on cheque

For non-financial co-applicant/guarantor – legal self-declaration affidavit

Relationship proof: (any one)

  • If the document contains name of applicant’s parents – school leaving certificate (with percentage marks)
  • Birth certificate
